Pay-as-you-go Plan at $75/hour+tax
- This plan allows you to use a professional designer as you need
- There is a two hour minimum each trip
Getting started Landscape Plan …$195.00+tax
- Up to two hours consultation time personally spent with you
- We will help you discover how to optimally use your landscape space and beauty.
- We can help you plan everything from the ground up
- We will leave you with a sketched plan
- This consultation is intended to plan most small landscapes (300s.f.-1200s.f areas)
Complete landscape Plan …Starting at $850+tax
- We begin the landscape design process with an initial insulation.
- We will sketch a conceptual plan that will work best for you,
- The next step is to complete a site analysis
- We will analyze sun exposure, views, plants, hardscapes, & soil
- Then we will develop a preliminary landscape plan
- We draft landscape plans with CAD(computer assisted drafting) in color
- Next we will go over your preliminary plan with you
- We will draft any revisions needed
- We will also develop and print a customized garden booklet
- We will personally deliver your final plan and garden booklet
